Personal Training

Whether your aim is to strengthen, lose CM’s, increase flexibility  work on your mobility or posture, men and women of all ages; youth through to the more mature are invigorated by Lynne’s engaging workouts.  With precise coaching, whilst adhering to the safety of your body, we can work around old injuries and rehabilitation where applicable.

Improve co-ordination, balance and muscle tone. We are able to help with pelvic floor and core strengthening. 

 No one session is the same. With a professional approach, your needs are taken into account in an hour's workout. We work with  free bodyweight, balance boards, resistance bands, sticks, the Barre, kettle bells, Swiss Balls, toning balls, hand weights and small lightweight balls. We also utilize the  Bosu balls, yoga blocks, foam rollers and mobility sticks.

Lynne being pelvic floor & core certified, with her extensive training and experience, is able to offer a myriad of exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor & core and to reduce Rectus Diastasis. Lynne's exercises are specific to men and women her exercises are proven to help, with many people ‘singing her praises’ on being able to turn their lives around, due to her understanding of simple, yet effective moves!

Lynne’s classes are a blend of health and fitness approaches, bringing forth a workout with a touch of light-heartedness and fun, in line with the seriousness of the exercises being performed to deliver on great mind-body outcomes.

Workouts are balanced, engaging, with full-body conditioning. Flexibility and strengthening movements are executed with the right technique and achieved through low impact exercises.

 Lynne is able to place high importance on every member's different exercise capabilities, assessing and monitoring at all times, helping everyone to achieve their health and wellness goals. The workout environment is relaxed and supportive.

Working with free body weight and various training aids, optimum results are achieved.

Small Group Exercise classes

 
Suited to all ages and levels. No more than 6 people in a class. Exercises can be ’tweaked’ and ’tailored’ to suit your needs. We strengthen various muscle groups, whilst protecting any old, new or recently healed injuries. Regular fitness goers, youth, elderly, to overweight or super fit, looking for a good all-round workout, enjoy the dynamics of ‘an almost’ personal training session, yet will still give you great interaction whilst exercising with others.

Assessments and Exercise Consultations online or in-person

Learn effective exercises that are easy and work! Get stronger and more flexible. We will show you how to improve your agility, with low-impact exercises. The correct techniques will be demonstrated and information given to you on how to work around any old injuries that you may have and address your health concerns.

Learn to do exercises that take minimal time and that you can do in the privacy of your home on your own. Understand how to engage muscles that  may never have thought of previously.

SUNNY SIDE UP

Lynne has written a book, called Sunny Side up. It is a great guide for everyone on how to stay safe in the sun during hot summer months, and excess heat waves. It gives a practical guide on self-care, emergency advice, and natural tips for sunburn care, including giving exercises to do, should you travel long distances.

The book gives easy exercises with clear explanations and images, on how to release muscle tightness, should you be sitting in the car for extended times, travelling to your holiday venue or work destination.

Through Lynne’s fitness training, online nutritional support, health and wellness tips, self-confidence, increases and people are able to face life’s challenges and build greater self-esteem.
 
Through Lynne’s training in groups or in one-on-one sessions, anxiety and depression is reduced. Individuals are free to engage in open lines of communication, to continue with their health regimes in their private capacity too.
