Workshops are 90-Minutes. We open the workshop with your questions and concerns almost immediately; no time is wasted. We get straight into it!

Lynne shows participants how to work around an old injury or health concern. Everyone is welcome to get up and active, involved and trying the movements or simply to sit back, watch and relax. Everyone will walk away enlightened!
