Lynne who is certified in advanced sport massage, supports clients in soft tissue treatment and helps to increase range of motion.
Lynne incorporates massage and soft tissue manipulation techniques, which relaxes the muscles, aiding in recovery. Her massage helps to increase blood flow, to enable better daily living, reduce tight joints and to increase better mobility.
Massage Options
1. Upper half of the body – Neck|Shoulders|Back|Arms
2. Lower half of the body – Legs|Gluteals|Hips
Trigger points and specific areas can be focused on and discussed with Lynne.
Massages are 1 hour in duration, but it can be booked in for 30 minutes for specific trigger point regions.

Terms & Conditions
Accepted dates and confirmation for your booked massage, is to be confirmed in writing or via email to Lynne Scott, within a 24 hour period.
Payment is to be made within a 24 hour period upon the agreed appointment time.

What to Bring
Lynne Scott suggests, due to allergic reactions and/or skin allergies, that you may need to please bring your own oils and towels. (2x large bath sheets. 2x small hand towels).
This is to support your health and safety.
Should you bring your own oils, (Grape seed, almond oil or any other blended carried oil and/or essential oil mix). Please ensure that the product spreads easily over the skin for a smoother massage.
REMEMBER TO BRING
- A full water bottle. It is good to hydrate after a massage and to help flush toxins out of the body with more ease.
- Warm jacket, top or extra towel to place over the massaged area after treatment, ensuring the
muscles are kept warm and in a relaxed state.
A postural assessment and chart will be done by Lynne on your first appointment. This takes minimal time and will help Lynne to address your concerns and to chart your progress going forward.
